After a fire destroyed the sanctuary and educational facilities of Abner Creek Baptist Church, the members determined that a new beginning with a new facility was necessary to serve and honor our Lord. On December 23, 2009, the steeple was placed on the roof of our new sanctuary.

We rejoice that God has blessed during this two year time by allowing us to meet at Woods Chapel United Methodist Church located at 2388 Brown Wood Road, Greer, SC 29651.  We invite you to join us as we venture into the wonderful plans God has for us in the days ahead, impacting our community for Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
